Job summary

DeFacto, a global fashion brand, seeks a data-driven Analyst to transform stock, sales and market data into clear actions from our Fatih office. You will monitor daily performance, identify opportunities, and support the commercial decision process with sound analysis.

With 90+ countries presence and programs like DeFacto Business Academy and DFLife Plus, you will grow professionally while shaping collections and pricing strategies, aiming for profitable, data-backed results across our product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, mathematical engineering, or industrial engineering.
• 4 years of experience in a similar position in retail.
• Skilled at taking commercial opportunities through reported data analysis.
• Good command of English.
• Proficient in using MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out daily stock and sales analysis, monitoring and analyzing best sellers.
• Preparing seasonal sales budget for the related product group on category basis and taking responsibility of gross profit targets.
• Supporting buying and design teams during collection creation stage of the related product group by carrying out range plan analysis.
• Forecasting future sales and deciding on the amount of products’ order units based on current stock sales data.
• Guiding the following season collection by analyzing best and worst sellers.
• Doing and implementing period-based design option – stock option plans for the related product group.
• Deciding on retail selling prices, planning markdowns, returns and campaigns.
