Job summary

Hitit is seeking a System Support Specialist to join our expanding technology team. You will build and support the infrastructure, ensure system availability, and coordinate with internal users and clients to keep services running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Computer/IT related field.
• Willing to work in office shifts (3 shifts).
• Proficient in English.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Good stress management and detail-oriented.
• Familiar with Linux and Windows server OS.
• Basic knowledge of Java and middleware (Tomcat).
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking.
• Basic knowledge of SVN, VPN, Token; F5 Load Balancer basics.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, etc.).
• Jenkins for deployment and Servicenow ITSM basics.

Responsibilities

• Building hardware, network and system infrastructures for access and user definitions.
• Coordinate with relevant people to provide necessary support.
• Install and support software for the infrastructure.
• Record issues in HELP DESK and provide resolution.
• Manage version control of infrastructure software in SVN.
• Monitor infrastructure errors, notify customers after fixes.
• Prepare help files, handbooks and related documents.
• Set up security definitions for system access.
• Ensure DR systems availability and monitor status.
