Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years in IT services, IT support, or IT operations.
• Experience in medium-to-large organizations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise network architecture and IT infrastructure.
• Proficiency with AD, domain environments, and PC management.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles and IT service management processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT hardware and software support to users; diagnose and resolve issues.
• Configure and maintain IT equipment; manage software licensing lifecycle.
• Improve user satisfaction and service quality; perform audits and reporting.
• Participate in information security initiatives and data analysis.
• Plan and maintain IT infrastructure including rooms, cabinets, and printers.
• Oversee IT asset lifecycle from demand to disposal and warehouse control.
• Stay updated on IT trends; align with China HQ standards locally.
