Job summary

Modern Karton in Turkey seeks an export sales leader with a university degree in a related field, excellent English, and at least six years in export management. The role requires deep knowledge of foreign trade legislation, strong analytical thinking, and proven selling and negotiating skills to hit targets.

You will design market strategies, identify new customers abroad, travel regularly, analyze market needs, manage export procedures, and coordinate orders and payments with other departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.
• Extensive experience in export management.
• In-depth knowledge of foreign trade legislation.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Creating new market strategies and acquiring new customers.
• Travel abroad to reach potential customers.
• Analyze market needs for business expansion.
• Understand export procedures and tax legislation.
• Design and execute growth plans in export markets.
• Attend international fairs and visit customers regularly.
• Coordinate orders, shipments and payments with internal teams.
