Job summary

Seluz Fragrance & Flavor Company in Istanbul seeks an experienced Application Technologist – Beverages to develop, test and optimize beverage flavor applications, while providing technical support to customers and internal teams.

You will bridge between customers, Flavorists, Sales and R&D to translate briefs into successful finished products, keeping pace with market trends and ensuring flavor compatibility and process feasibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering; Master’s in Food Science or Food Technology is a plus.
• Strong specialization in Beverage applications.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize flavor applications for beverage products.
• Develop new recipes and reformulate existing ones; maintain application database across beverage categories.
• Prepare prototypes and finished-product applications for customer presentations and internal evaluations.
• Provide technical application support to customers, understanding product, process and formulation requirements.
• Collaborate with Flavorists, Sales, Marketing and R&D on customer briefs and innovation projects.
• Follow market developments, consumer trends and emerging concepts within beverages.
