Job summary

Believe is seeking a Finance Controller to oversee accounting, budgeting and reporting for our Turkish operations. The role requires IFRS knowledge, strong audit experience, and hands-on management reporting capabilities.

You will manage month-end close, cash flow forecasting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial integrity and strategic planning across the business.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required, written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6–7 years of experience in finance, accounting, reporting and controlling.
• Experience with external audits at Big Four firms.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local statutory standards.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting and management reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting functions, treasury, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ensure monthly closure, balance sheet reviews and reconciliations.
• Coordinate annual independent audit and statutory reporting.
• Prepare and present financial statements and management reports.
• Develop financial plans and provide recommendations to management.
• Monitor performance against budget and prior year results.
