Job summary

Çelebi Ground Handling Türkiye is seeking a Finance professional to join our team and drive business performance through financial analysis and insights. In this role you will lead monthly closing, analyze actuals vs budget and forecast, review IFRS adjustments, and prepare management reports for senior stakeholders—with a strong emphasis on automation, digitalization and AI adoption in finance.

You will work closely with operations and commercial teams to translate numbers into actionable

Qualifications

Lead and support monthly closing, financial analysis, and reporting processes.
Analyze actuals vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods; identify key variances and business drivers.
Monitor financial and operational KPIs, profitability.
Review financial statements and IFRS adjustments.
Prepare management reports and ad-hoc analyses for senior management and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, digitalization, and AI adoption in finance.
