Job summary

Securitas Technology Turkey is seeking a Senior Financial Controller to lead budgeting, financial planning and reporting. You will prepare annual budgets, monitor variances, provide strategic financial insights and ensure compliance with Turkish GAAP and IFRS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in finance/budgeting/financial reporting.
• Proven knowledge of Turkish GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Accounting experience and CPA certification are preferred.
• Fluent in written and verbal English.
• Proficiency in financial management software and MS Excel.
• Having experience in ERP.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the organization's annual budgeting process.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, variance analysis, and financial performance metrics.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and control budgetary expenditures.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with departmental managers to develop and track departmental budgets.
• Conduct financial forecasting and risk assessment.
• Participate in financial audits and provide necessary documentation.
