Job summary

ASD Laminat, a long-standing global leader in laminates, invites applications for an Export Sales Support Assistant Specialist at its Istanbul office. The role supports international sales operations and ensures accurate export documentation to enable timely shipments.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least one year of export or international sales experience, strong English, and proficiency in MS Office; ERP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in export operations or international sales.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs processes, and Incoterms.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office applications; ERP system experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferably residing on the European side of Istanbul.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and follow-up of international sales orders and export operations.
• Prepare and control all required export documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates, etc.).
• Coordinate with customs brokers, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipments.
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up on logistics or documentation issues.
• Support communication with international customers and distributors and maintain effective business relationships.
• Track and report on export activities and provide market feedback to the sales team.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
