Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Logistics, or Business Administration.
• 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, preferably in manufacturing or industrial companies.
• Solid knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus).
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Solid understanding of purchasing and supply chain principles.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase requests and follow up on processes using SAP.
• Support the creation and tracking of purchase orders end-to-end.
• Communicate with suppliers and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Closely monitor delivery timelines to ensure on-time supply.
• Take part in quotation collection and comparison to support decision-making.
• Assist with checking invoices, delivery notes, and purchasing documents.
• Track cost, quality, and delivery performance across purchasing activities.
• Contribute to supplier performance tracking and reporting.
• Prepare reports and analyses to generate actionable insights.
