Job summary

Ülker, a leading Türkiye food company and part of pladis Global, seeks a Commercial Operations professional to coordinate forecasts with export distributors and oversee the order-to-delivery lifecycle.

You will drive process improvements, resolve invoicing and documentation issues, support cross-functional teams, and travel internationally as required. The role requires strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, fluent English, and at least three years in FMCG commercial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• +3 years of experience in Commercial operations, Export, or Supply Chain management (FMCG preferred).
• Fluent in English (written & spoken); knowledge of French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rolling monthly forecasts (FC) with export distributors, minimizing variance and aligning with Supply Chain to secure stock availability.
• Execute the entire order-to-delivery lifecycle, ensuring order accuracy, timely invoicing, and high order fulfilment rates.
• Proactively identify supply chain bottlenecks, log operational issues, and collaborate with logistics to drive root-cause resolutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for distributor inquiries, resolving commercial, shipping, and documentation issues efficiently.
• Manage relationships and order routines for smaller transactional accounts to maximize volume and maintain active trade loops.
• Work with SC, Finance (credit management and overdue tracking), and cross-functional teams across all trading hubs to keep end-to-end commercial operations running smoothly.
• Enforce operational discipline and execution consistency across all Sub-Saharan Africa (SSA) markets.
• Distributor and customer meetings, Market performance reviews.
• Selected project ownership.
