Job summary

Bahçıvan Gıda is seeking an Export Sales Manager to lead our international growth and build distributor networks across target markets. You will develop strategies, manage key accounts, and drive revenue in global food markets.

The role requires strong leadership, data analysis, and negotiation skills, with advanced English and knowledge of Incoterms 2020. Some travel domestically and internationally will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Economics, Foreign Trade, Food Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in export sales and international business development, preferably in food.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular customer visits to secure orders, discuss annual plans, and launch new products.
• Conduct new market and customer research, report findings to management, and manage the existing customer portfolio.
• Manage export orders, communicate with customers, and monitor shipment processes.
• Collaborate with the Finance department to track and control collection processes.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve international sales targets.
• Analyze and regularly report export sales performance.
• Plan international fairs and events, and evaluate new business opportunities.
• Respond to pre-sales and after-sales requests and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Build and develop distributor, agent, and dealer networks and monitor performance.
• Prepare quotations and close sales by negotiating pricing, terms, and Incoterms.
