Job summary

Continental Confectionery Company in Turkey is seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager to drive CCC’s growth in international markets. You will develop export strategies, identify opportunities and manage distributor networks to expand our brand presence and ensure successful product launches and orders.

The role requires 5+ years in export sales within FMCG, strong negotiation skills, fluent English, and willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in export sales within the food industry.
Export experience in the FMCG sector.
Strong sales orientation, negotiation skills and ability to build new business in challenging markets.
Excellent written and spoken English; a second foreign language is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
A proactive approach, strong communication skills and the ability to represent the company effectively.
No restrictions on international travel.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute export sales plans to grow CCC’s presence in existing and new markets.
Identify new business opportunities and open doors in challenging markets.
Manage distributor relationships, evaluate performance and develop joint growth plans.
Lead commercial negotiations with distributors and other business partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity and sales performance to identify opportunities for growth.
Work closely with internal teams to support product launches, order planning and export operations.
