Job summary

Dilexa Tüketim Ürünleri San.ve Tic. A.Ş. is seeking a seasoned International Sales professional to drive growth across assigned markets.

You will manage distributors, forecast demand, and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure timely order fulfillment and payment collection. Applicants should have 5+ years in international sales/export, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. English is essential, and Arabic/French knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years in international sales/export.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Arabic and/or French knowledge preferred.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset and time management.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profitability targets for assigned countries.
• Manage existing distributors and develop new ones in target markets.
• Coordinate orders with internal departments and monitor processing, shipments, inventory, and payments.
• Monitor payments, manage collections, and follow up on overdue receivables.
• Prepare sales forecasts for ~100 SKUs and analyze data for insights.
• Develop and execute Trade Marketing activities with the Marketing team.
• Conduct regular international business trips to evaluate distributor performance and market penetration.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs and events, pursuing new opportunities.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and operational reports and participate in meetings.
