In addition, the sales and marketing operations of Canan Kozmetik, the owner and manufacturer of the İpek Shampoo brand, are also conducted within Dilexa. This structure creates a strong and integrated value chain across product development, manufacturing, marketing, and sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, profitability, and growth targets for the assigned countries.
- Manage existing distributor relationships while identifying, appointing, and developing new distributors in target and underperforming markets.
- Coordinate customer orders with internal departments and monitor order processing, shipments, inventory availability, and payment status, ensuring timely communication with customers.
- Monitor customer payments, manage collection processes, and follow up on overdue receivables.
- Prepare sales forecasts for approximately 100 SKUs and analyze sales, inventory, pricing, and distribution data, sharing insights with relevant internal teams.
- Develop and execute Trade Marketing activities and annual marketing plans for assigned markets in close collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Conduct regular international business trips to evaluate distributor performance, market penetration, point-of-sale execution, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product quality, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports and actively participate in internal coordination meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales/export sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Advanced English proficiency
- Knowledge of Arabic and/or French is preferred
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
