Job summary

CMA CGM Group is seeking an Export Documentation Specialist in Istanbul. You will prepare manifests, ensure compliant export documentation, and coordinate across Operations, Customer Service and Global Business Service to resolve issues.

Role requires 1–3 years in export documentation or related logistics functions, strong English, and proficient MS Office skills. The position offers an agile, flexible, and supportive work environment with diverse benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Maritime, International Trade, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in export documentation, customer service, operations or similar in logistics/shipping.
• Knowledge of shipping documentation, Bill of Lading processes and export procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and control vessel manifests and loading lists within deadlines.
• Ensure export documentation is complete, accurate and compliant with regulations.
• Coordinate with Global Business Service and international teams to resolve issues.
• Act as focal point between Operations, Customer Service, and Global Business Service on documentation matters.
• Support continuous improvement to enhance documentation quality and efficiency.
• Maintain data integrity in operational systems and timely updates to shipment records.
