Job summary

Devotel LTD. is seeking an Operations Specialist to support the Business Development Team. You will manage international industry events, coordinate partner onboarding from first contact to go-live, and maintain accurate business data across systems.

You will own end-to-end event logistics, work with the marketing and legal teams, and ensure timely follow-ups after events. This role suits someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, business development support, or similar coordination roles.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Research industry events (mainly international conferences) and recommend attendance.
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets for events including tickets, sponsorships, travel, and accommodation.
• Manage event logistics from registrations to contracts and venue arrangements.
• Coordinate with marketing on event materials and design needs.
• Track attendee lists, calendars, and guest invitations.
• Handle travel requests and organize travel details in internal systems.
• Record meeting notes and follow up on actions after events.
• Coordinate incoming partnership and interconnection requests to completion.
• Prepare and track NDAs and contracts through signature with Account Managers and legal.
• Archive signed agreements properly.
