Job summary

Devotel LTD. is seeking a Finance & Operations Specialist to own daily bookkeeping and support end-to-end finance operations in a fast-paced, international environment. You will work closely with the Finance Team to maintain accurate records and drive process improvements.

The role emphasizes proactive follow-through, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines, ensuring timely approvals and smooth financial workflows across the organization.

Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Experience in a fast-paced or international company environment.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Proactive mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping: recording transactions, reconciliations, and keeping financial records accurate.
• Support month-end closing and reporting processes.
• Manage and track operational finance tasks such as invoicing, payments, collections, and expense tracking.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to obtain information and approvals on time.
• Maintain deadlines and ensure deliverables are completed well before due dates.
• Improve and document finance processes as the company grows.
• Support ad hoc finance and operations projects.
