Job summary

biletwise is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Specialist to enter worldwide events into our system, verify data accuracy, and provide courteous member support. You will also contribute to SEO content for products and participate in daily operational activities.

The role requires a university degree, 2 years of experience or relevant part-time work, and proficiency in English or other major languages. Flexibility with hours and a keen interest in sports and music events are a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree required.
• At least 2 years of experience or recent graduate with long-term part-time work in education life.
• Proficient in at least one of English, Spanish, Italian, German, French, or Arabic.
• Willing to work with flexible hours and fast pace.
• Interested in and following sports and music events.
• Good command of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Enter worldwide events (products) into the system with date and description.
• Control, track and confirm correctness of products in the system.
• Provide polite, helpful operational support to users who buy and sell through the system.
• Participate in all operational activities carried out by the team.
• Produce content that contributes to SEO work of the products.
