Job summary

Koton is seeking a capable professional to oversee international marketplace management within its ecommerce operations. You will follow up on integration processes, coordinate with global marketplace sales teams, and plan campaigns aligned with budgets.

You will manage seller panels, monitor risks, analyze market data, report KPIs, and drive actions based on insights to optimize performance across channels.

Qualifications

• University graduate, preferably with a bachelor’s degree.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in international marketplace management within the e-commerce sector.
• Good command of Excel.
• Analytical and results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in reporting and analysis tools.
• Willingness to take responsibility and ability to make quick and accurate decisions.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on international marketplace integration processes.
• Maintain close communication with international marketplace sales teams and manage processes within the business partnership.
• Plan weekly, monthly, and annual campaigns and special-day activities with marketplaces; prepare the monthly campaign calendar and periodically revise it based on budget achievement rates.
• Manage marketplace seller panel screens and organize the seller store in line with the planned activities.
• Monitor risks related to assigned customers, regularly inform the manager, and take necessary actions when required.
• Determine strategies related to sales channels based on market needs and trends.
• Regularly gather information about competitors and the market, conduct and report analyses, take necessary actions, and follow up on their implementation.
• Prepare campaign evaluation reports and interpret them based on KPIs.
