Job summary

Hustler Marketing is seeking a Senior Ecommerce SEO & GEO Strategist to lead strategic organic search initiatives for a portfolio of ecommerce clients, shaping GEO and AEO services and translating data into revenue growth.

You will analyze performance, run audits, solve technical SEO challenges, and collaborate with Account Managers, Developers, Content Writers, Designers, and other specialists to implement recommendations that connect SEO to commercial results.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience leading ecommerce SEO strategy.
• Experience diagnosing SEO performance changes across organic search.

Responsibilities

• Developing and owning SEO strategy across an assigned portfolio of ecommerce clients
• Building prioritized SEO roadmaps that align technical SEO, content, authority building, UX improvements, and conversion optimization with business objectives
• Identifying high-value opportunities across product pages, category pages, collection pages, editorial content, buying guides, and comparison content
• Conducting in-depth SEO audits covering technical SEO, information architecture, internal linking, crawlability, indexation, structured data, Core Web Vitals, rendering, duplicate content, canonicalization, pagination, faceted navigation, redirects, and site migrations
• Analyzing performance using GA4, Search Console, ecommerce platform data, crawling tools, rank tracking software
• Investigating changes in rankings, traffic, conversions, revenue, and visibility to identify true causes
• Collaborating with Developers, Content Writers, Designers, Outreach Specialists, and Account Managers to implement recommendations
• Translating technical SEO findings into development tickets with priorities and impact
• Monitoring implementation quality and validating completed SEO recommendations
• Leading client strategy meetings and reviews with clear strategic recommendations
• Helping advance Hustler Marketing's GEO/AEO methodologies and reporting
• Researching AI search platforms and evaluating opportunities for improved citations and structured data
• Staying informed about SEO, GEO, AI search developments and industry trends
• Contributing strategic analysis to Hustler Marketing's own SEO initiatives
• Sharing industry best practices with Head of SEO & GEO and the wider team
• Supporting other departments with SEO expertise when required
• Directly reporting to the Head of SEO & GEO
