Mükellef Teknoloji seeks a Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Management team in Istanbul. You will handle inquiries across email, chat, and phone, delivering friendly, accurate information and ensuring swift resolutions.

You will document interactions, work with product and ops teams, and contribute to knowledge base improvements, while maintaining a calm, empathetic approach to help our growing customer base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Empathetic and patient with a genuine desire to assist customers.
• Proficiency in using customer support tools and software.
• Team player with strong collaboration skills.
