Job summary

Videojet Technologies is seeking a Business Development Intern based in Ataşehir, Istanbul, to support the Inside Sales team. The role requires engaging with customers via phone and email, coordinating inquiries with sales representatives, and helping prepare quotations and proposals.

The intern will maintain CRM records, assist with invoicing and order tracking, and gain exposure to a global coding/marking business while working three days per week from the Videojet Turkey office.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in the final year of a bachelor’s degree program, Summer 2027.
• Strong interest in Inside Sales, Customer Service, or Commercial Operations.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, telemarketing, or call center is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage with existing and prospective customers via phone, email and other channels.
• Coordinate with sales reps on inquiries and proposals.
• Support the preparation and follow-up of sales quotations and proposals.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and other systems.
• Provide operational support to the Inside Sales team to drive growth and satisfaction.
• Assist with invoicing for supply orders and related admin activities.
• Track customer orders and collaborate with cross-functional teams for timely execution.
