Job summary

Videojet Technologies, a Veralto Company, is seeking a Customer Service Intern based in Ataşehir, Istanbul. The role supports the entire Customer Service team, driving revenue growth with both existing and prospective customers, on a 6-month contract with renewal based on business needs.

The position requires working from the office three days per week, in-person collaboration, and a focus on data quality in Salesforce and Navision, along with exposure to rental equipment records and sales

Qualifications

• Senior year of university with expected Summer 2027 graduation.
• Interest in pursuing a career in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Business Operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive attitude, and able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) or other CRM systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily service item data qualification and validation activities in Salesforce (SFDC) and Navision.
• Enter and update records related to rental equipment and trade-in sales returns for Videojet equipment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date service item data in SFDC and Navision to support identification and qualification of sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service team to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
• Provide weekly status updates and progress reports to the Customer Service Manager.

As a Customer Service Intern, you will support the entire Customer Service team in generating demand and driving revenue growth with both existing and prospective customers. This position is based in Ataşehir, Istanbul, and requires working from the Videojet Turkey office three days per week. The internship is offered on a 6-month contract, with the possibility of renewal based on business needs and performance.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Executing daily service item data qualification and validation activities in Salesforce (SFDC) and Navision.
• Entering and updating records related to rental equipment and trade-in sales returns for all Videojet equipment.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date service item data in SFDC and Navision to support the identification and qualification of sales opportunities.
• Collaborating with the Customer Service team to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
• Providing weekly status updates and progress reports to the Customer Service Manager.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Be in your senior year of university (expected graduation: Summer 2027) and have successfully completed your third year of undergraduate studies.
• A strong interest in pursuing a career in Customer Service, Sales Support, or Business Operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• A self-motivated, proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC) or other CRM systems is an advantage.
