Job summary

Videojet Technologies in Türkiye is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, and service Videojet equipment at customer sites across the country.

The role requires hands-on technical troubleshooting, strong PLC/automation experience, and the ability to travel within Türkiye to support customers and drive uptime for our marking and coding solutions. You will collaborate with sales for trials and demonstrations, and build lasting customer relationships through excellent service.

Qualifications

• Field service experience at customer sites or remotely via phone.
• 2–3 years in the marking and coding industry, industrial automation or related.
• Experience with automation/PLC communication.
• Proven success in meeting personal targets.
• Fluent in written and spoken English preferred.
• Willingness to travel within Türkiye.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission new Videojet solutions.
• Maintain and service customers' installed base of Videojet equipment.
• Work closely with sales to support Videojet trials and demonstrations.
• Maintain and grow customer relationships through excellent customer service and communication.
