Job summary

Canon in Fatih, Turkey, seeks an Associate to drive continuous feed and sheetfed inkjet presses and related software within the B2B Sales Department. You will develop strategic plans, manage key accounts, visit customers, and optimize sales performance through data analysis.

The role requires 5+ years in international sales, strong English skills, and proven negotiation abilities. Travel may be required; MS Office proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within an international sales environment.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel when required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor strategic and tactical business plans, coordinating all relevant resources to achieve business objectives for assigned accounts.
• Achieve the sell-on sales budget for allocated accounts and perform the necessary follow-up actions to reach targets.
• Analyze the current customer portfolio to enhance business performance, ensure continuity of customer relationships, and identify new value-adding business opportunities.
• Monitor and analyze account data to optimize ongoing business performance and create additional growth opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer visits and manage customer relationships and sales processes effectively.
• Perform inventory analysis and take necessary actions to improve healthy sell-out levels.
