Job summary

Red Thread in Trabzon, Of region seeks an Account Manager to support the sales team in maintaining major accounts and driving business opportunities. The role involves on-site client interactions, developing proposals, and coordinating orders using Hedberg.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and CRM proficiency. BA/BS degree is required, with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls with or without a Sales Representative.
• Create proposals with the Sales Rep, including turnkey solutions and customer quotes.
• Meet with the client’s end users on-site to identify project needs.
• Process orders in Hedberg and track acknowledgements.
• Serve as primary contact with the customer on designated projects.
• Help establish customer satisfaction and monitor performance for reports.
• Publish status reports and participate in team meetings; update all parties on project status.
• Coordinate resources to service the customer and produce drawings/materials with Design.
• Coordinate projects with Project Management and delivery with Operations.
• Attend project meetings and site visits as needed.
• Be familiar with contract agreements between client and Red Thread.
• Utilize order reports to track progress and close out orders for invoicing.
• Maintain accurate and standardized order records.
