Job summary

TEI - TUSAŞ Engine Industries, Inc. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive international sales and marketing for aerospace engines from Eskişehir. You will evaluate RFQs, prepare competitive quotes, negotiate terms, and coordinate contracts with internal teams.

We expect a Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Industrial Eng, 3+ years in B2B international sales, strong financial skills, SAP proficiency, and excellent English. Relocation to Eskişehir is welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in international sales and marketing (B2B).
• Strong financial knowledge: cost analysis, pricing, margins, profitability.
• Experience in sales management, contract management, pricing negotiations.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
• Excellent English communication; willing to relocate to Eskişehir.

Responsibilities

• Handle RFQs and RFIs from international customers including MRO and R&D.
• Prepare competitive quotations with internal teams (engineering, pricing, cost, delivery schedules).
• Lead price and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate contract requirements and approvals.
• Maintain international account management and customer satisfaction.
• Pre-evaluate part drawings with technical teams for new opportunities.
• Represent TEI in line with authorization and company policies.
• Prepare contracts and terms & Conditions; support mutual approvals.
