Job summary

TEI - TUSAŞ Engine Industries, Inc. seeks Design Engineers and Lead Design Engineers to develop engine components in a global, collaborative environment in Kartal, Istanbul.

You will design parts for technology demonstrator programs, solve manufacturability challenges, and work with cross-functional teams to meet schedule commitments. The role requires a BSc/MSc in Mechanical or Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering, at least 5 years of design experience, strong English, and hands-on CAD/analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of mechanical component design experience.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CAD modelling and simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Design parts for engine components and assemblies in technology demonstrator programs.
• Collaborate with global teams and adhere to program standards and KPIs.
• Develop project plans with milestones and objectives aligned to schedules.
• Document lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
