Job summary

Dentsu Turkey is seeking a Performance Manager to own end-to-end digital activation for Samsung Turkey. You will design full-funnel strategies, orchestrate campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and programmatic DV360, and turn data into actionable business outcomes.

You will lead a focused team, review performance with the client weekly and quarterly, and ensure precise budget pacing and cross-channel optimization while collaborating with regional colleagues.

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years of hands-on digital media experience in a fast-paced media agency environment.
• Certified expert with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (SA360/DV360), TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ad Manager, and leading DSPs.
• Demonstrable track record of full-funnel branding-to-performance activations, with experience handling product launches and pre-order windows.
• Strong analytical mind with GA4, Adobe Analytics, Excel and data visualization skills.
• Turkish language, with full professional proficiency in English.
• Location: Istanbul; Contract Type: Permanent; Time Type: Full time.
