Job summary

Dentakay is hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to lead planning, execution, and optimization of digital campaigns across global platforms. You will develop performance-driven strategies, optimize for high-quality leads, and enhance brand visibility in international markets.

You will manage high-budget ads, leverage AI tools to improve copy and creatives, and collaborate closely with the marketing team to drive ROI and lead quality while staying ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in digital or performance marketing.
• Experience in lead qualification (MQL/SQL) and optimizing for high-quality leads.
• Fluent English; Turkish is a plus.
• Healthcare sector experience is a plus.
• Hands-on with GA4, GTM, Supermetrics, Looker Studio.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns with a strong focus on Google Ads.
• Manage high-budget campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Bing Ads, Snapchat Ads, and more.
• Run tests to improve form conversions and lead quality.
• Continue optimizing landing pages and forms; conduct A/B testing.
• Develop data-driven approaches for CTAs and ad copy.
• Leverage AI tools to generate ad copy and optimize creatives.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI, CPA, ROAS.
• Create reports and visuals using Looker Studio, Supermetrics, etc.
• Monitor performance with GA4, Tag Manager, and behavioral analytics tools.
• Support lead nurturing via CRM systems and marketing automation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align creative and advertising strategies.
• Stay updated with advertising trends and tools; propose innovative solutions.
