Qualifications

• 3rd year undergraduate student in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in finance and business performance management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the FP&A team in daily financial planning and reporting activities, including monthly reporting, forecasting, rolling estimate, and budgeting processes.
• Help track business and financial performance through basic variance analysis and data validation.
• Support consolidation of financial and operational data from cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to the team's simplification and digitalization agenda.
• Support maintenance and improvement of planning and reporting tools/files to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide ad-hoc analytical and operational support to finance and cross-functional teams when needed.
• Take an active role in team projects and ongoing finance initiatives while gaining hands-on experience and developing new skills.
