  • Interested in consumer behavior, shopper behavior, brands, marketing, and research.
  • Comfortable working with numerical data and qualitative information.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Support consumer and brand insights research, analyzing consumer needs and brand performance.
  • Assist shopper insights projects, analyzing shopper behavior across channels and occasions.
  • Support project and agency coordination, timelines, meetings, and deliverables.
  • Help organize research reports, databases, and learning materials.
  • Prepare clear and concise presentations based on research findings.

Job Description Summary: Our Marketing team in Türkiye is focused on understanding shoppers and consumers to help build strong brands, meaningful retail experiences, and sustainable business growth. As a Consumer and Shopper Insights Intern, you will support projects that uncover shopper behaviors, market trends, and performance insights that help teams make informed decisions. This internship offers an opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing and commercial teams while gaining hands‑on experience with consumer research, data analysis, reporting, and market understanding. You’ll contribute to real business projects, learn how insights shape strategy and execution, and develop practical skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Consumer and Brand Insights
  • Support research projects focused on consumer needs, attitudes, behaviors, and consumption habits.
  • Assist in the analysis of brand performance, consumer perceptions, category trends, and competitive activity.
  • Support concept, product, packaging, and communication research projects.
  • Work with quantitative and qualitative research findings and summarize key learnings.
  • Help prepare clear and concise presentations based on research findings.
Shopper Insights
  • Support research on shopping missions, purchase decisions, triggers, barriers, and brand choice.
  • Help analyze shopper behavior across different retail channels and purchase occasions.
  • Contribute to projects related to assortment, pack and price, promotions, product visibility, and in-store experience.
  • Work with shopper, panel, retailer, and digital data sources.
  • Help connect shopper behavior with broader consumer needs and consumption occasions.
Project and Agency Support
  • Support communication and coordination with research agencies and data partners.
  • Help track project timelines, meetings, deliverables, and next steps.
  • Help organize research reports, presentations, databases, and learning materials.
  • Follow up on project actions and support the team in day-to-day research activities.
Qualifications

Educational background: Third- or fourth-year undergraduate student or a fresh graduate in a related field, or recent graduate bachelor’s or master’s degree, or master’s student, completing a master’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Available for a long-term internship and able to work regularly throughout the academic year. Previous internship experience in a market research agency or in the research, insights, analytics, or strategy team of an FMCG company is strongly preferred. Interested in consumer behavior, shopper behavior, brands, marketing, and research. Comfortable working with both numerical data and qualitative information. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Good command of written and spoken English. Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn.

Requirements

Right to work: Legal authorization to work in Turkey. No visa sponsorship is provided.

Commitment

Must be able to commit to a 12-month internship.
