Job summary

WE Soda, the world’s largest producer of natural soda ash, seeks a Finance & Reporting Analyst in Türkiye. You will prepare IFRS/TFRS financial reports, coordinate closing packages, and review group performance to ensure compliance with policies. External audit and internal reporting support are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or equivalent.
• Up to 5 years in Finance and Reporting, including at least 2 years at a Big4.
• IFRS/TFRS knowledge and consolidation experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent command of verbal and written English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and yearly stand-alone and consolidated financial reports in accordance with IFRS and TFRS.
• Coordinate with various departments and prepare recurring working trial balances and financial reporting packages.
• Review financial performance and position of Group and its subsidiaries and ensure their financial statements are in line with Group Accounting Policies and IFRS/TFRS.
• Ad hoc support on transactions with regards to IFRS/TFRS financial statements and analysis.
• Communicate with various parties including external auditors and valuation firms.
• Work with finance team to produce internal financial reports.
