Job summary

Coca-Cola CCI is seeking a Finance Executive to join the Budget & Reporting team in Türkiye. You will monitor financial statements, own budgeting and rolling forecasts, and support scenario analyses to drive business insights.

Responsibilities include balance sheet and cash flow projections, management reporting, and cross-functional partnering with Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing. Strong IFRS knowledge and 5+ years FP&A/audit experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of audit experience (preferably in Big4), FP&A or financial controlling.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and financial statements.
• Strong analytical thinking and financial modelling skills.
• Solid business acumen and ability to interpret financial data.
• Fluent in English & Turkish.
• Strategic mindset and planning skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Close monitoring and analysis of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to support business performance and working capital management.
• Ownership of budgeting, rolling forecasts and business planning processes.
• Supporting financial modelling and scenario analysis to enhance business insights.
• Contributing to balance sheet and cash flow projections within planning cycles.
• Supporting management reporting with insightful and proactive analysis.
• Tracking and analyzing NSR, OPEX, COGS and NWC performance vs. budget.
• Partnering with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing) to support decision making.
• Identifying risks & opportunities and contributing to mitigation actions.
• Contributing to profitability analysis and ad-hoc financial studies.
• Taking part in system improvements and process simplifications.
