• Design and implement an efficient, documented budgeting/forecasting process with clear timetables and cross‑functional involvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create high‑quality forecasts and budgets; take initiative as needed.
• Standardize and automate reports and processes to reduce operational load.
