Job summary

Kraft Heinz Turkey is seeking a Food Service Sales Executive to grow coverage and profitability in the Marmara region, including Istanbul. You will manage sell-in/sell-out with distributors, drive the sales plan, and coordinate with supply chain, finance, marketing and other teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, at least 2 years in sales or trade marketing, strong English, MS Office proficiency, a driving license, and willingness to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
• Experience of minimum 2 years in sales or trade marketing.
• A strong command over English.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel.
• Driving license and ability to travel frequently within assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Managing sell-in and sell-out performance of assigned food service distributors in Marmara (Istanbul) area.
• Taking ownership of the Customer & Distributor relationship and execute the sales plan.
• Reviewing weekly/monthly customer performance and highlighting opportunities and risks.
• Supporting market activation to build brand development and identify new accounts.
• Preparing annual agreements with key customers and ensuring efficiency.
• Working with supply chain, finance, marketing and commercial teams to improve forecasting accuracy and budget control.
• Guiding and supporting the Distributor’s sales representatives to ensure execution excellence.
