Job summary

Kraft Heinz Turkey is seeking an Accounting & Reporting Executive to join the Controlling team in Istanbul (Akmerkez). You will manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes and support statutory reporting in a high-performing finance environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of accounting experience, strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS preferred), and proficiency in Excel. SAP or ERP experience is a plus, with excellent English communication and a proactive improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
3–5 years of relevant accounting/financial reporting experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS preferred.
Experience in a multinational company or Big Four is an advantage.
Proficient in Excel; SAP or similar ERP preferred.
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes with timely financial reporting.
Prepare and review accounting entries, reconciliations, accruals, and provisions.
Ensure compliance with local statutory accounting requirements, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors during audits.
Support preparation of statutory financial statements and reporting packages.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Balance sheet reconciliations and maintenance of ledger accuracy.
