Job summary

Kraft Heinz Türkiye in Istanbul is offering a Retail Sales Intern position to join our sales team. You will support daily operations, analyze sales data, and help coordinate field activities to drive efficiency across functions.

The role requires students in their 3rd–4th year of Economics or Business Administration, with strong English, MS Office skills, and a team mindset. Availability to work at least 3 days a week is expected.

Qualifications

• 3rd - 4th year university students from Economics, Business Administration, or related fields from reputable universities.
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset together with strong planning and organizing skills.
• A great team player.
• A strong command over English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively.
• Eager to learn through experience.
• Very good use of MS Office programs.
• Able to work at least 3 days in a week.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by assisting in execution and coordination of daily operational processes.
• Analyze sales data and prepare structured reports to identify key trends and growth opportunities.
• Support communication and coordination of field operations.
• Monitor promotional material suppliers and support related meetings and processes.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
• Assist with daily and weekly data updates, activity trackers and product information forms.
