Job summary

COS is seeking a Floor Manager to lead a passionate team and deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor in Turkey. You will guide styling, product knowledge, and store presentation while driving results and maintaining brand standards.

You will also support recruitment, onboarding, and development, and may assume Store Manager duties when required, ensuring a smooth leadership transition and superior shopper experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and store experience.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Clear, confident and empathetic communication.
• Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and KPI.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong Turkish and English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level customer service through styling advice and store experience.
• Analyze sales data and collaborate with Store Manager to boost department performance.
• Lead and motivate Sales Advisors to achieve service and presentation standards.
• Assist with recruitment and onboard/train new team members.
• Identify talent and support development plans for team progression.
• Oversee daily store operations in line with brand standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador delivering memorable customer experiences.
• Step in as Store Manager when needed to ensure leadership continuity.
