Job summary

Starbucks is seeking a Flagship Operations Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team across coffee, culinary, retail, events, and guest experience. You will drive elevated hospitality, operational excellence, team development, and commercial success at our new Flagship Store.

You will inspire and coach leaders, manage large-scale, high-volume operations, and collaborate with partners to deliver memorable experiences and meaningful community engagements.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leadership experience in hospitality or luxury retail.
• Excellent leadership and people development skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on leadership.
• Experience managing large-scale, high-volume operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the Flagship Store operation across coffee, culinary, retail, events, and guest experience.
• Deliver an elevated guest experience reflecting Starbucks' hospitality, quality, and customer connection.
• Inspire, coach, and develop store team through strong leadership and accountability.
• Drive business performance by achieving sales, profitability, productivity, and operational goals.
• Foster community engagement through events, partnerships, and in-store experiences.
• Ensure top standards of operational excellence, food safety, compliance, and brand execution.
• Use business insights and performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive results.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop events, tastings, and brand activations.
• Own overall store performance including sales growth, profitability, labor management, and efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue across coffee, food, merchandise, and experiences.
