Qualifications

• Proven leadership in high-volume F&B or multi-unit environments.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Expertise in food & beverage operations and guest experience.
• Experience in staff development, recruitment, and retention.
• Solid budgeting, cost control, and profitability focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide influential leadership and partner with internal/external stakeholders.
• Monitor weekly/daily business performance and drive action plans to improve profitability.
• Ensure food safety, compliance with local regulations, and safety for staff and guests.
• Collaborate with Head Office functions to optimize processes and drive sales.
• Lead annual marketing plans and partnerships across departments.
