Job summary

ManpowerGroup Türkiye seeks a Senior Store Manager for a leading global luxury retail brand in Istanbul. You will drive store sales, profitability, and operational targets while mentoring large-scale store teams to maximize performance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, KPI performance, recruitment support, inventory and visual merchandising oversight, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences in line with brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of Store Manager experience in retail.
• Experience leading large teams and developing managers.
• Experience in KPI management, budgeting, and performance analysis.
• Experience in premium or luxury retail environments.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
• Customer-focused and results-driven mindset.
• English proficiency preferred.
