Job summary

Vodafone Group Plc in Turkey invites motivated final-year students in Electronics & Communications Engineering or Computer Engineering to join a dynamic analytics team. You will contribute to data-driven quality improvements and learn how fixed products and services impact customer experience.

By collaborating across departments, you’ll build dashboards, track KPIs, and support industry best practices in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn about fixed products and services, customer experience and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Improve service quality and functional capability across Technology.
• Define quality standards for fixed services and processes using KPIs and SLAs to meet customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and track performance and quality dashboards for each service and process.
• Perform deep-dive analyses to identify root causes and coordinate actions with related teams.
• Build data and analytics tools to reveal insights on KPIs and customer activity.
• Follow up on quality improvement actions until completion.
• Assist in implementing industry best practices.
• Lead cross-functional, company-wide projects and programs.

What you’ll do

• improving service quality & functional capability across Technology
• defining the quality standards of fixed services and processes by means of KPIs and SLAs in order to meet the customer satisfaction
• preparing and tracking performance and quality dashboards of each service & process
• performing deep dive analysis, highlighting the rootcauses and contact with related teams to be taken actions
• build data and analytics tools that will offer deeper insight, allow for critical discoveries surrounding key performance indicators and customer activity
• following up quality related improvement actions and issues until they are fully completed and solved
• assisting in implementing industry best practices
• conducting cross functional companywide project / programs

Who you are

• A final year student in Electronics & Communications Engineering/Computer Engineering or related engineering departments,
• Eager to learn about fixed products and services, customer experience and work with various departments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
