Job summary

Vodafone Turkey is seeking a final year Electronics & Communications/related engineering student to join our Technology quality team. You will help improve service quality, support fixed products and services, and learn how to work with multiple departments to enhance customer experience.

You will gain hands-on experience in defining KPIs/SLAs, building dashboards, performing deep-dive analyses, and driving data-driven improvements in a leading global Telco environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• improving service quality & functional capability across Technology
• defining the quality standards of fixed services and processes by means of KPIs and SLAs in order to meet the customer satisfaction
• preparing and tracking performance and quality dashboards of each service & process
• performing deep dive analysis, highlighting the root causes and contact with related teams to be taken actions
• build data and analytics tools that will offer deeper insight, allow for critical discoveries surrounding key performance indicators and customer activity
• following up quality related improvement actions and issues until they are fully completed and solved
• assisting in implementing industry best practices
• conducting cross functional companywide project / programs
