Job summary

Vodafone Türkiye is seeking a motivated intern to support organizational research, data collection and workforce analytics. You will assist in data analysis and generate insights while collaborating on benchmarking studies and preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports and dashboards.

The role requires a 3rd or 4th year university student in related fields, with strong analytical skills, proficiency in English, and comfort with MS Office tools.

• Currently pursuing a university degree (3rd/4th year or 4th year) in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

What you'll do

• Support organizational research, data collection and workforce analytics activities
• Assist in data analysis and insight generation
• Work in collaboration with VF Group regarding benchmarking studies
• Contribute to the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports and dashboards.
• Support the tracking and follow-up of Organizational Effectiveness (OE) metrics, certain KPI dimensions covering FTE, grading split, cost etc. and action plans
• Assist in workforce planning, headcount and budget follow-up processes.
• Collaborate with the team on organizational projects, presentations and ad-hoc analyses.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
• Support local and VF Group guided transformation programs
• Take part in HR projects /activities targeting to improve cross functional collaboration

Who you are

• 3rd or 4th year university student (preferably Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related fields)
• Previous internship experience in management consulting, strategy, HR consulting or related fields is a plus
• Available to work at least 3 days per week
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Eager to learn, proactive and results-oriented
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong planning, organization and follow-up capabilities
• Comfortable working with data, reports and presentations
• Collaborative team player with a positive and can-do attitude
