The ideal candidate translates complex data into actionable recommendations, monitors KPIs, and collaborates with senior management to drive strategic planning and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in financial planning, reporting, data analysis, business analysis and financial modelling.
• Strong finance understanding with solid analytical capabilities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• IFRS reporting knowledge is an asset.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to translate complex analyses into clear business insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Highly motivated, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and enhance regular management reports and presentations for senior management.
• Monitor and analyze financial and operational KPIs, identify drivers and highlight risks/opportunities.
• Drive the annual budget, rolling forecast and long-term planning processes.
• Build financial models and perform ad-hoc analyses for business initiatives.
• Support IFRS and management reporting requirements as needed.
