Job summary

Canon EMEA in Fatih, Istanbul seeks an experienced Senior Finance Controller to lead financial controlling, accounting, cash collection, and reporting in line with IFRS and company policies. You will partner with Sales, Operations and Management to guide financial performance and strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, monthly reports, KPI tracking, and working capital optimization, with emphasis on project-based sales support and contract risk assessment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional finance qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• +12 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, and Cash Collection functions.
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience, including leading, coaching, and developing finance teams.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, including IFRS 16 Lease Accounting.
• Extensive experience in financial controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable management, cash collection, and working capital optimization.
• Experience supporting project-based sales organizations through financial and commercial consulting.
• Strong understanding of contract evaluation, project profitability analysis, and pricing strategies.
