Job summary

Gizli Şirket in Marmara Region seeks a Business & Financial Analyst to join the Business Development team, advancing large-scale infrastructure projects and strategic growth.

You will conduct market and financial analysis, build robust models, lead pre-feasibility studies, and prepare decks for lenders and partners, coordinating with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Financial Modeling, Valuation, Industry and Business Analysis, Corporate Strategy, or Investment Analysis.
• Strong understanding of industry dynamics, market research, and data analytics.
• Advanced financial modeling capabilities in MS Excel (dynamic forecasting, cash flow modeling, sensitivity analysis).
• Strong grasp of financial statements, capital structuring, and project financing metrics.
• Advanced MS Excel and Office software skills.
• Excellent command of English with ability to communicate with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Researching new projects, tenders, and investment opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Identifying projects of interest, defining market dynamics, pulling reliable historical data, and analyzing it.
• Building and maintaining comprehensive financial models for prospective projects, PPP/concession models, joint ventures, and capital investments.
• Leading pre-feasibility and bankability studies, assessing CAPEX, OPEX, cash flow projections, and financing structures.
• Conducting pre-feasibility studies, cost estimations, and risk assessments for targeted projects.
• Preparing investment decks for potential lenders and joint venture partners.
• Coordinating data among technical, commercial, and field teams during tender and proposal preparation.
• Analyzing industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies to present growth reports to management.
• Supporting English correspondence and meetings during international partnerships and pre-contract communication processes.
