Job summary

Kron is seeking a Financial Reporting & Business Intelligence Manager in Istanbul to lead external reporting, management analytics, and investor materials. The role emphasizes technical excellence, cross‑functional collaboration, and rigorous financial analysis.

You will publish quarterly TFRS/IFRS statements, build dashboards, and partner with finance, strategy, sales, and product teams to drive insights while embracing AI‑powered workflows and automation responsibly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Turkish financial reporting under TFRS/IFRS.
• Strong financial analysis and ability to interpret statements.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI/reporting tools.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of CMB regulations; corporate governance familiarity is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate across finance, strategy, sales, and product teams.
• Hands-on with AI-powered analytics tools for reporting and data tasks.
• Willingness to adopt AI-driven workflows responsibly in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and publishing quarterly TFRS financial statements and activity reports on the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP).
• Managing and improving the company’s financial and operational data pipeline for reporting and analytics.
• Identifying key financial and operational trends to support management.
• Building and maintaining dashboards and analytical models for performance monitoring and forecasting.
• Preparing management presentations using data visualization and reporting tools.
• Analyzing and reporting monthly budget performance; contributing to annual/consolidated budgeting.
• Preparing annual and interim activity reports and Corporate Governance Compliance Reports (Turkish & English).
• Creating investor presentations summarizing company performance and strategy.
• Supporting investor communications, earnings call prep, and analyst information requests.
• Leveraging AI-powered tools to improve speed, accuracy, and quality of reporting and analyses.
• Identifying opportunities to automate recurring reporting while preserving data integrity and compliance.

We are seeking a Financial Reporting & Business Intelligence Manager to support our financial reporting, management analytics, and investor‑facing deliverables. This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and cross‑functional collaboration, but does not include team management responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in TFRS/IFRS financial reporting; strong knowledge of VUK
• Strong financial analysis skills and ability to interpret financial statements
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with BI/reporting tools
• Analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and strong problem‑solving and planning skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Knowledge of Capital Markets Board regulations; CMB Level 3 and Corporate Governance Rating License preferred
• Experience in investor relations is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively across finance, strategy, sales, and product teams
• Hands‑on experience with AI‑powered productivity and analytics tools (e.g. LLM‑based assistants, Claude, or similar) applied to financial reporting, data analysis, or presentation preparation
• Comfort using automation and scripting approaches (e.g. Python, Power BI, or comparable BI/data tools) to streamline recurring reporting and data‑preparation tasks is a plus
• Openness to adopting AI‑driven workflows responsibly within a regulated, public‑company reporting environment
